Terms of Use
Last updated: October 28, 2026
These terms explain the rules for using CoinSeek, the search engine for crypto tools (“CoinSeek”, “we”, “us”).
Accepting these terms
By using CoinSeek you agree to these Terms of Use, to the Community Rules and to the Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use CoinSeek.
What CoinSeek is
CoinSeek is a search and discovery service for crypto tools made by others. It describes tools, classifies them and links to them.
CoinSeek is not an exchange, a broker, a wallet or an adviser. It never holds your funds or keys, and it does not carry out transactions for you.
Using CoinSeek
You may use CoinSeek for any lawful purpose. You agree not to:
- attack, overload or try to break into CoinSeek or the services it runs on;
- get around rate limits, or send forms automatically;
- copy the catalog in bulk by automated means, beyond what robots.txt allows and at a reasonable pace;
- use CoinSeek to mislead people, to promote scams, or to break the law.
We may limit or block access that breaks these terms or puts the service or its visitors at risk.
What you send us
When you submit a tool, report a problem or send a message, you confirm that what you send is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you may share it.
You allow CoinSeek to use it to run and improve the service. For example, we may check a submitted tool and publish a listing based on it. Submitting a tool never guarantees that it will be listed.
Third-party tools and links
The tools listed on CoinSeek are run by others. We do not control them, and we are not responsible for their content, security, availability, fees or results. Visiting or using them is at your own risk and under their own terms.
Listings, ranking and advertising
Listings and search ranking are editorial decisions, based on how well a tool matches what you are looking for. Payment does not change the organic ranking. If CoinSeek shows sponsored placements, they are clearly labelled as such.
Intellectual property
The CoinSeek name, logo, design, software and the way the catalog is compiled belong to CoinSeek. Tool names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are shown only to identify their tools.
No advice and no warranty
Nothing on CoinSeek is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Read the Disclaimer.
CoinSeek is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it is accurate, complete, uninterrupted or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, CoinSeek is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using CoinSeek or any tool found through it, including the loss of funds, data or profits.
Changes
We may change CoinSeek and these terms. When the terms change, the date at the top of this page changes too. Using CoinSeek after a change means you accept the new terms.
